Remote Ticket

Go2Group's CRM Plugin listener (referred to as Remote Ticket) will monitor for any changes made to JIRA issues, and communicate the change in the issue to your remote CRM system. This could include creating a case in your CRM system, updating fields in your CRM case, synchronizing comments or attachments, etc.

To determine if the listener is installed, go to the Listeners option in the JIRA Administration menu and you should see the following installed (this is installed by default).
