Read test plan coverage information from a requirement

1. Click "Test Plan count" label (a small rectangle with number inside)

2. "Test Plan Coverage Details" dialog will pop up.

3. It shows below information against the requirement:
   - All test plans from which test cases those are associated with the requirement are executed.
   - Test case percentage (executed) from that particular test plan.
