synapseRT EAP

Current beta version of Go2Group synapseRT is 5.1. This version is compatible with JIRA version 5.1.4. We recommend installing any beta version in a test environment.

Thank you for helping us test the beta version of Go2Group synapseRT! Here's the plan:

1. Download the beta release of Go2Group synapseRT click here (1.2Mb, .JAR)
2. Install the beta release (you can find the installation guide here)
3. (You should not need an evaluation key)
4. As you run into any questions or have feedback, we ask that you add these to a ticket on our support site:
   • Log in using your credentials (please register if you haven't done so already)
   • Create a ticket in the Go2Group synapseRT project
   • Ensure you include Applies To Version 5.0 when adding the ticket
   • Please include details of your test / production environment
