JIRA Service
A JIRA service (i.e., a scheduled task) is used to automatically poll for data in your CRM system, and bring this data over to JIRA, creating JIRA issues, or updating existing issues.
To determine if the service for Go2Group's CRM Plugin in installed, go to the Services menu option in JIRA's Administration option. You should see the following:
