synapseRT Cloud Compatibility Roadmap
Currently our synapseRT supports both Jira Server and Jira Data Center.
We got some requests from our existing customers that they wanted to migrate from Jira Server / Jira Data Center to Jira Cloud. To support more Jira infrastructure (Jira Cloud), we have started Cloud compatibility version development since the early 2021.
