synapseRT NextGen (synapseRT 8.0) is totally redesigned with new User Interface and improved functionalities of the product.  Here are some of the key features to highlight in the release.

Requirements Traceability

Enhanced Traceability View to trace Requirements to Bug all way through in two formats such as Matrix and Tree. Offers a new Search/Filter options to narrow down your traceability

Test Suites

Test Cases can now be managed within Test Suite as an hierarchical tree. No tree depth limitation to build the Test Suite Tree and Test Cases can be well created from within Test Suites itself, providing a more ease of use in Test Case Management.

Test Plan

New improved look on Test Plan, providing various statistics at glance with colour coded representations of various progress

Test Management

Introducing a new way of Test Management in synapseRT with the help of Test Cycles. Test Cycles now help execute multiple iterations of testing a Test Case planned in a Test Plan.

Execution Report

Execution Report offers the detailed execution data on a given Test Plan, it reports across all Cycles in a Test Plan thus helps easily look at the data at one glance.
