Data Integrity

Data integrity check is to find out of date information in the database, and let user to correct any data problem. Below are the typical issues can be addressed by data integrity check.

1. The issue types cannot be recognized as TestRay issue types.

2. Linkage cannot be established anymore:

   1. In requirement issue: Parent/Child linkage cannot be established; test case linkage cannot be established.

   2. In test case issue: requirement linkage cannot be established, test suite linkage cannot be established.

   3. In test suite: test case linkage cannot be established.

   4. In ‘Requirements’ page: test case linkage cannot be established.

   5. in requirement suite: requirement linkage cannot be established.

3. Whenever you see TestRay data missing (linkage, issues are not visible in page).
