Execute Automation Test Case (Legacy Automation, suitable for version prior v8.6.0)

We completely redesigned automation solution from v8.6.0 and higher, we strongly recommend you using the new design for your autoamtion testing.

Automation Test Case can be executed from a Test Cycle, it is easy for the user to find the Automation Test Case as its "Execute" button is highlighted while Manual Test Case is not in Test Cycle page.

Once the automation run is started, synapseRT triggers the appropriate build and captures its results & artifacts back to Test Case Run.

To execute Automation Test Case, follow below steps:

1. Launch a Test Cycle
2. Click the "Execute" button from an Automation Test Case
3. Click "Run" button to execute
