Add Test Cases by Issue Picker

1. Launch a Test Plan issue.
2. Click the "Add Test Case" button from the Test Case section.
3. Select Test Cases from the "Select Test Case" dialog box.
   Note: If you have a large amount of Test Cases that need to be added to a Test Plan, we suggest you use the "Advanced Search" function to select them in multiple.

     4. The added Test Cases will be listed in the Test Case section.
