synapseRT offers the below test reports:

• Test Plan Execution Report
  This report provides detailed data on execution of each Test Case at each Cycle in a Test Plan. You can also export them as an excel document for offline review and perusal.
• Test Cycle Report
  This report provides detailed data including Test Step execution result on Test Case execution for a given Test Cycle. You can also export them as an excel document for offline review and perusal.
• Requirement Coverage Report
  This report shows the passed percentage of the Test Cases related to Requirements.
• Ad Hoc Test Run Report
  This report will show test result from adhoc Test Case executions.
• Requirement Based Reports
  This report showsTest Runs statistics for a set of filtered Requirements . You can also export them as an excel document for offline review and perusal.
• Test Execution Based Reports
  This report shows test execution statistics for filtered Test Plan and Test Cycle/s. You can also export them as an excel document for offline review and perusal.
• Execution Data wise Reports
  This report shows test execution statistics for filtered Test Plan and Test Cycle/s, grouped by execution date. You can also export them as an excel document for offline review and perusal.
• Defect Matrix Report
  This report shows defect statistics for filtered Test Plan and Test Cycle/s. You can also export them as an excel document for offline review and perusal.
• Test Suite Report
  This report shows test coverage of a given Test Cycle/s. You can also export them as an excel document for offline review and perusal.
• Test Case Burndown Report
  This report shows Test Case burndown chart for a given Test Cycle. 
• Test Execution Weekly Progress Report
  Reports can be generated based on the Test Execution statistics. You can also export them as an excel document for offline review and perusal.
• Test Execution Overview Report
  Reports can be generated based on the Test Execution statistics. You can also export them as an excel document for offline review and perusal.
